Gadsden Vineyard Church Finance Report – July 2006

At the last business meeting, the board expressed the desire to publish something that would give information about where your tithes and offerings are spent. They also wished to thank each and every one of you who contribute. This fellowship is a very caring, generous fellowship.

We do furnish paper products and cleaning supplies for both buildings. We also purchase office supplies and building supplies. Occasionally, we purchase new equipment for the buildings when we have a little extra money.

Benevolence needs are considered as they arise and are funded from petty cash and your generous donations.

Occasionally, Jim and Michael attend conferences or need educational materials. We also try to fund these expenses.

Many times things have to be repaired, and we do have a small rainy day fund for these expenses.

The drink machine is self-sustaining, and so is the bookstore. The money made from purchasing these items purchases more drinks and more merchandise in the bookstore. Occasionally, we will cover a benevolence expense with the money from the sale of these items.

Our Wish List
Crash door for 417 / New set of drums
Computer / Renovations of fronts of both
Privacy curtains for the upstairs’ office
CD duplicator / Sound Equipment
