FITNESS GROUPS

Yo-Gal
is a Christian version of strength and stretching for women. We believe that our bodies are temples of God's Holy Spirit. We work on the upkeep of the temples that we have been given. Everyone works at her own pace.
For class:
You will need: A Yoga sticky mat, a towel, and loose or stretchy clothing. Yoga bricks/blocks are optional, but often helpful.
Low Impact/Toning
We do low impact aerobics and toning exercises. This can come in the form of free weights, cardio - kickboxing, walking, aerobic dance, etc. You decide your pace and level.
For Thursday class:
You will need: Yoga/sticky mat, 2-3 lb. weights (or weights of your choice), good shoes, and water.
